Who we are
Granados AI ("we" or "us") designs and builds websites for small businesses. We're based in Guatemala City, Guatemala, and we work in Central Time. You can reach us at contact@granadosai.net.

Contact form. When you request a free preview on our website, we collect your name, business name, current website (if you have one), phone number, email address, and whether you need a new website or a redesign.
Meta lead forms. If you respond to one of our ads on Facebook or Instagram and submit an instant form, Meta shares the information you enter on that form with us, such as your name, email address, phone number, business name and your answers to the form's questions.
Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type and the pages you request. We use it to keep the site secure and working.
We don't use advertising cookies or tracking pixels on this website.
How we use your information
We use your information to respond to your request, prepare your free preview, talk with you about your project, build and maintain your website if you hire us, send invoices, and keep our website secure.
We don't sell or rent your personal information.
How we share your information

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, such as encrypted connections and limited access. No method of sending or storing information online is completely secure.
Children
Our website is meant for businesses. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
